Professional And Friendly

The sales representative was very professional whilst also being friendly. She involved all of us and was careful to make sure that we all understood what was being said and asked us all if we had any questions.

We didn’t feel under any pressure to place an order, and it was refreshing to be given a price without her having to phone a manager and then tell us one price and then more prices if we had it installed within a few weeks or another if we placed an order today.

She left us with a proper written quotation and left it with us to decide if we wanted to go ahead and what option we preferred.
